And The Award Goes To!

Hi!

My name is Keeshan Sayroo, and I am the founder of:

  • TechSavvy.com
  • AutomotiveBusiness.Solutions
  • Kiloism Enterprise
  • Grand Ideas IOT
  • Maple SAP Media
  • Dieselmasters.us
  • AutoRepairU

Just to name a few of our companies…

I took auto shop in highschool and learned about cars, diagnostics, and tools, then I went to a Vo-Tech School and learned about… well the same thing, and no one ever told me that I would lose more 10mm sockets than lessons that I could learn… Now that I am older I’ve gone bald and I like to joke around about not being able to lose any more hair because I’m fresh out. With that said I don’t like headaches. I really can’t lose any more hair over it.

We rate products here in category tiers with a theory that I designed called the 7 Tiers of diag, But just because we have a tier system, how do you even know that the tools are any good?

We rate them with the 10mm Socket Award!

A tool that wins a 10mm Socket Award is tried and true. Tested by me and my most qualified clients. Therefore no matter your diagnostic status or capabilities we know that it is the right tool for you in the category Tier that you are looking at. The 10mm Socket award also means that we have had no real complaints about the tool and our clients have a 99.9% satisfaction rating.

Well, why not 100? Because people are people. A shop once bought a tier 4 scanner from us and loved it, until day 3. They connected to a Dodge Charger, I believe it was a 2018, don’t quote me on that, but they plugged in and called me complaining. “This scanner is a piece of reeses (they were a bit more explicit than that). It can’t actuate the vent control solenoid in this car.” So I drove over there with 1 hear left to fall out of my head and we took a look at it. They were absolutely right. So, I knew that if something was missing there was a reason. We turning to Prodemand. As a Mitchell 1 Authorized Distributor, I looked at the repair information and it turned out that Chrysler did not have a way to actuate that component because it was not controlled by the ECU. They provided a manual process to pinch the lines for the technician to perform the smoke test that the shop was trying to perform. Phew… 1 hair saved…

Long story short we have it a 99.9% because just like a 10mm socket… there’s a .1% chance of finding it and there always a .1% chance that we get a complaint for user error.

The 10mm Socket Award gives a skilled tech a 100% satisfaction guarantee!
